Hello everyone! For those in Atlanta and investing in STR how profitable has your business been even during Covid-19? I am a realtor but there isn't any system or data/analytics to research that information so I was hoping to get an idea here. Thank you for your time and responses

I’m a Realtor although my goal is to invest myself and solely work with investors. My question is what do you look for in an investor friendly agent if you’re working with one at all? What do you determine valuable working with an agent vs going at it alone? Thank you for your time and responses

Airport City now renamed Six West Development is a $1.2B project that has been talked about but nothing solidified although overall has been generating some buzz around Atlanta. I attended their College Park City Town Hall Meeting where residents had the opportunity to vote on certain aspects of the design, logistics of the project, community necessities and so on. It’s clear real estate will be appreciating in this area so the purpose of my post is to inquire an investors perspective as well as to gauge who is actively investing in the area and why. Is it because of the redevelopment? Why College Park/East Point and not West End or Decatur? Thank you for your time and responses.

@Marc Brenner thank you for your input Marc. My open house didn’t have a huge turnout and I think you were spot on about the area. Thank you again!

For those in the Metro Atlanta area what do you think of the Dixie Hills neighborhood? I will be hosting an open house in the area this weekend and noticed a lot of vacant houses. The home I’m hosting is investor-owned and has been renovated the home beautifully and there are several other homes on the street and in the area that have been improved and remodeled. Without running any specific numbers could this be a great area to invest in?
