@Grace Esteban Hey Grace I would focus on Atlanta. The positive net migration supersedes the other areas you mentioned. Several major companies are building their headquarters here as well as a multi billion dollar project called Six West Development that is being implemented over the next 20 years. The city recently broke ground on the project back in October and will definitely raise property values which of course is more equity for you should you choose to buy in the market. I am an agent in Atlanta and please feel free to reach out for any questions you may have I would love to help!

@Wesley Wells Hey Wesley! Congrats on taking the leap. I agree with Loren there it may be hard to find a duplex with a basement but with some due diligence it may very well be out there. Good luck!

@Anye Wanki Hey Anye! I'm an Realtor and new investor as well. I'm primarily focusing on South Atlanta(College Park, East Point, Hapeville etc) mainly due to the Six West Development that the city broke ground on back in October. It's a multi billion project to renovate the cities surrounding the airport. I imagine if you are able to get in now your ROI in a few years will be exponentially great! I have been tracking the project closely so please feel free to reach out for any questions. Good luck!

Hello everyone! Happy new year. For all the investors friendly agents out there, in your opinion why do your investors work with you and how do you add value to them and their portfolios? Are you an investor yourself and position yourself to be a source of knowledge or is it a lot more thorough than that? I am wanting to transition from a “traditional” buyers agent to working with investors but am wanting to research more before I dive head first. Any insight/advice is much appreciated. Thank you

@Kingsley Ojo hey Kingsley! Hapeville is definitely on the up and up. There are already quite a few rehabbed properties renting from $1300+.Over the next few years the city will be developing in the area which was once called Airport City but has now been renamed to Six West Development. It will affect Hapeville, East Point, College Park, South Fulton and some parts of Riverdale. There’s definitely potential for a good deal

Why or why not? What would be some things to look out for? What’s your experience with getting these types of properties appraised after rehab? Thank you for your time!
