Quote from @Nicole Turner:

Hi Mike! I'm an agent in metro Atlanta and my brokerage's business model is similar to wholesaling. Happy to answer any questions about the Atlanta market you may have. Feel free to message me!

Thank you @Nicole Turner..

What's up BP,

Does anyone recommend an investor- friendly agent from the Georgia area that you or someone you know of has personally worked with?

There's a lot of interesting names out there so I'm just trying to not get overwhelmed with so many options.

I appreciate any helpful tips! Thank you.

@Sam McCormack... What's up Sam, no, I haven't looked into Cincinnati only because I feel like I always hear people talking about there are no deals left (like everywhere else in the world lol) but I'm open to anything as long as the numbers work! Same with Northern KY, I'm open to learning as much as I can.

We can connect when you have time. Appreciate you!

@Lateefah Mathews... Correct, BRRRR is one of my strategies but hopefully with very little rehab needed.

@Lateefah Mathews... I have seen the Peachtree prices, it is pricey indeed! I do like the sound of low vacancy rates so that has peaked my interest. I have been plugging in the numbers so it's just a matter of making the other stars align. I appreciate your info, very helpful!
