@Raymond J. Rodrigues.. Yes I am starting to agree with most of the comments that going conventional might be my best course. I will further educate myself on more of this option, thank you for your response and if I have any further questions I surely will reach out to you πŸ’ͺ🏾

@Leslie Anne Morris.. Thank you for the reply. I was cautious of the conventional route because again with my lack of experience I was assuming going that route would have raised a red flag for my primary lender.

I will look more into this, thank you so much πŸ™πŸΎ

Thanks for the reply, I have not considered that route as of yet but it will be something we will consider. Thank you πŸ™πŸΎ

Great morning,

My wife and I are in the market for a STR in the Florida area. We currently live in our primary in CT and considered going the DSCR route but given our zero experience, we were told that wouldn't be a good idea starting out.

Can anyone suggest a good direction as far as lending and strategy we can take? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you πŸ’ͺ🏾

Post: Subject 2 information

What's up BP! So I'm on the fence of testing out the Subject 2 method because the idea of no banks, credit checks, giving a kidney all seem great on paper.

However, a lot of the gurus on YouTube make it sound so easy but I know there is tons of information they are withholding. Can anyone here refer me to someone that has/currently did a sub2 deal and would be willing to honestly walk me through what the process was like?

My wife and I are willing to try anything on our real-estate journey that not only makes sense but allows us to JUMP and FAIL FORWARD!

Thanks BP Nation

@Nathan Harden... Appreciate the info, I currently house hack my primary but my current issue is if I were to leave before a certain time then I would be on the hook to pay an expensive out of pocket fee.

I may have to just go conventional route for next investment.
