Investor friendly agents in Atlanta

What's up BP,

Does anyone recommend an investor- friendly agent from the Georgia area that you or someone you know of has personally worked with?

There's a lot of interesting names out there so I'm just trying to not get overwhelmed with so many options.

I appreciate any helpful tips! Thank you.

@Mike Wilcher Jr, it depends on the investment strategy you're trying to implement. With current market conditions, no investor-focused real estate agent will bring you a home run deal. To be more transparent, if a home run deal is on the table, they will likely toss it to one of their past clients who provides them a lot of business. That's just the nature of this industry. Moreover, I would not advise working with multiple agents. The investor-focused real estate agents in this space all know each other to a certain degree. If one sees that you're working with their competitor, the word could spread, and you risk tarnishing your credibility. So this all begs the question, what investment strategy are you interested in pursuing?
