Hello @Paul Flores, I'm an investor in Springfield and the surrounding areas.  I use Doug at TDMI for my property management.  He is also a broker and certified appraiser as well so he helps me throughout the whole process.  I've been working with him for about 5-6 years now and he and his team have been great.  Good luck!

@Laura H., I live in Springfield as well and like @Brian Simmons mentioned, there are banks here that will do 80% cash out refi w/ 5 yr lock, 20 yr am at 4-4.5%. The ones he mentioned are good and I work with Brent Baldwin at BancorpSouth and Brandon West at Springfield First Community bank which are good as well. Always good to have options. Good luck!

Hello, @Laura H., I invest here in Springfield and surrounding areas and the PM company  that I use only charges 10% of rents collected and no other fees. They do have their own maintenance company but it is reasonable on cost as well. Their motto is that they make money when I make money. PM me if you want their info.
