Thanks @Ben Biggs, I'm actually reading that book now. Does it discuss finding and putting together deals for apartment buildings?  I feel that is the next step in my evolution as a real estate investor.

Hello everyone, I've been listening to BP for a few months but new to the site.  I've been investing for a few years now in single and multifamily units but would like to turn my focus into making this a career.  If anyone knows some books to read to learn more about syndicating deals I would appreciate the info.
