I've been renting my house there for 2 years. Never had a problem with cleaners not showing up.

@Anthony LaBarbera I have a STR in the Poconos. Real estate is booming there. Everything has multiple offers and most times they want highest and best offers. I'd love to find a fixer upper but don't have the money for something like that.

Also need to get a permit if you want to do STRs in the Poconos.

Hello, my name is Mike and my day job is a pilot for the airlines. I currently have one short term rental property in the Poconos and looking to expand! I've been finding some good deals on the MLS but don't have the money to purchase them. I just bought my primary residence with my Fianceé and have been saving up for the wedding! But with all that going on, I don't have the money to invest. I have the time, ideas and a systems in place to run short term rentals. I've had my rental for 2 years now and it's been great! Would love to expand and get more in the Poconos.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to pay VRBO taxes in PA? Just started hosting and I'm collecting tax. How and what is the process to pay this tax?
