I was thinking it would be best (since I'm new and trying to start up) to form a limited partnership in my home state of NY. If I plan to buy rental property out of state I'll have to file as a foreign partnership? Looking for more info...thanks!

Hi All,

I'm looking to start buying investment properties and looking for some info. This weekend I'm going to look at my first house. But it is out of state. I know I have a lot to learn and I've been reading posts on here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am from NY looking to start investing in PA.
