@Ernest Partin thanks for the shout out! @Dave Estochen Hey Dave! You are right the prices have gone up, however the rent also goes up and as the city continues to grow you are able to raise rent and get better residents in your units. I know several homeowners and investors from out of state who consider our market a gold mine. I have met people from the west coast, and the Northeast excited with today’s prices. I am would love to hear your opinion in regards to the future developments of Charlotte. Sugar Creek, Cramerton, Belmont, Concord, Gastonia are all all awesome in my opinion. Check out the link below. I believe anything along those stations will be extremely valuable long term. I hope that helps!

Treasure Map: (anything along the stations or near proximity)

If you need anything else I’d be happy to give my additional 2 cents or connections I’ve made.

Merry Christmas!

@Ernest Partin I’m in Charlotte and the prices are awesome! They have appreciated over the last several years. However there is a lot of growth and appreciation still to come in my opinion. I would highly advise testing it out ASAP. If you need any connections in Charlotte, NC I can point you to a couple of my favorites. Wish you the best.

Anywhere you buy in Charlotte you will probably see growth long term regardless because Charlotte's growth is natural and not only because of the bullish market. From what I understand Belmont, Cramerton, and Gastonia are great for cash flow because of the growth and low initial investment opportunities. Contact me directly and I can recommend the realtor I used 4 months ago and lender if you need. I wish you the best.
Hello! I need some advice, I currently have a conventional loan for my primary residence. I am looking to buy a rental property, possibly a fixer upper. What type of financing should I go with if my credit is over 720 and I currently have a conventional loan for primary mortgage. Please suggest portfolio lenders in Charlotte, NC. Thanks in advance, Mike L.

Bro you should tell him, most of the time the real estate agents understand if you are upfront, plus he didn't do anything to find you that private seller. Being up front is the best policy! Wish you the best!
