Hi,

So I'm still in search of my first deal...and making good progress.  Building my team slowly.  My attorney is a good friend of mine from college who knows his stuff.  That's not why I posted this topic...

So I'm working with a r/e agent who quite honestly I love the guy.  He's honest (as far as I can tell), and a straight shooter.  Has been in this business for about 40 years or so.  We're beginning to get acquainted very well.  In any event, if you've been reading some of my blogs and posts on here, I'm negotiating this one deal via a private seller, and caught in between whether I should tell my agent or not.

Just hate to leave him out in the dark.  The guy has been phenomenal with me.  He has even proposed for him and i to do a deal together for me to get my feet wet...I think at least I owe him that.

Thoughts please.

Bro you should tell him, most of the time the real estate agents understand if you are upfront, plus he didn't do anything to find you that private seller. Being up front is the best policy! Wish you the best!
