@Nasar Elarabi thank you for suggestion. Full property managment fees are still being charged, that is what I signed up for in the contract.

So if anyone is signing up for property managment read the contract and ask questions. Looking at it in hindsight I should have requested several things including exceptions during pandemics, the credit score minimum I require for placing a tenant, the exact security deposit, and how credit and background checks are processed.

Hello friends,

Tenant stopped paying rent in April, no communication, no May rent.

Property management is expecting to be able to evict by end of year with the backed up courts.

No rent coming in, mortgage and other fees still due. Property managment fees still due.

Please give advice on what you would do in this scenario. Also looking for a recommendation for a great evictions lawyer in Charlotte, NC.
