Hello! I need some advice, I currently have a conventional loan for my primary residence. I am looking to buy a rental property, possibly a fixer upper. What type of financing should I go with if my credit is over 720 and I currently have a conventional loan for primary mortgage. Please suggest portfolio lenders in Charlotte, NC.
