@ John Lorince yes I use a realtor that is focused primarily in lake county and Euclid, however most of my properties were purchased off market. 

@ Mitchell Litam yes the venue has changed from the brew garden to the melt on rockside rd.

Yes it is at 6pm. @ Ryan Arth usually sets it up.

I started out looking for small MF properties 1-4 units however these 2bd 1ba SFR's ended up working out nicely. A lot of the MF I looked at were up and down units and I was not interested in those.
