Hello!

My name is Dustin Beckel and I’ve been following along on the forums for about a year now, but this is my first post.

My wife and I moved to the Cleveland area from Columbus last summer. I work full time as a Financial Analyst and she is a full time student. We’ve been thinking about investing in real estate for some time now and have decided to take the plunge. Neither of us have any experience in real estate investing, but are eager to get started.

Our goal is to begin networking and start out with a fix and flip. We’d like to begin accruing some capital to eventually build a rental portfolio, which we'd use the cash flow to put back into our business. Looking forward to meeting other investors in the area!
