Hi Everyone,

My Name is Brian Roberts. I'm from Cortland Ohio which is about an hour east of Cleveland. My wife and I just purchased our first rental, a duplex about 10 miles from where we live. We have definitely learned some lessons this first time around but we didn't let them hold us back from our goal. I'm an electrician by trade and my wife works in HR for a large manufacturing company in town. Our goal is to use real estate as an avenue to produce income to send our 2 kids to college. I've read a few of the Bigger Pockets books and have been reading forums here for awhile. Thanks in advance for all the knowledge.
