Welcome to BP and congratulations on passing. I want to let you know that the Bronx market at the moment is very good. A lot different than Brooklyn as it is really being "cleaned up". Who are you looking at hanging your license with? I would tell you visit all the brokerages you can and find the best fit for your needs. You can always pm me if you need any help or anything.

Interested in attending but I wanted to know how much activity you have with the meet up. Don't want it to be just Cesar and I.

I attended Cortland years ago and I'll tell you the university accounts for 75%+ of the economy there. So you will find some housing around the school that you can rent out to students if you would like. Ithaca too, I'm guessing you are getting a position at the college (very big rivalry btw). I can give you some names of landlords in Cortland if you like.

@Serena Salvato I actually took my course online as it was easier to for me. just to be clear there are two exams usually.. the first is for the course exam which is like a final/cumulative exam. then the second one is for the NYDoS.. the actual salesperson exam for licensure.

make sure you choose based on your learning habits between in class and online.

@Ceasar Rosas timing is not the best as today is my mother's birthday. Maybe next time we can provide a 2-3 week window before setting up a meet up.

hope all is well tonight and share in thread afterwards.
