My goal is to own much real estate as possible, I’m curious to see who owns the most on BiggerPockets and how they got there, even if you own a couple still post your number, let see them numbers.......

I'm confused with the parts of this assignment contract...  (Assignee) in exchange for compensation in the amount of _______dollars ($____)

So do I put the total amount , including the assignment fee, so say I'm under contract for $10,000 with the seller found a buyer for $15,000 would I put $15,000 or $10,000?

and for line 1 "Buyer/Assignor will collected ....so on that line assignment
I would put the  fee?( and " with the balance of"_____due at closing 

So on that line do I put what's left of the assignment fee after the earnest money, or whats left of the total $15,000 after the earnest money!

For example $5,000 fee 1,000 earnest money buyer put down, so $4,000 due at closing?

or $5,000 fee $1,000 earnest money buyer put down so, $14,000 due at closing?

Also I'm open and available to do any type of real estate work with any investors or business, so I can gain knowledge and experience! I'm very interested in wholesaling!
