Contact me.  I'm a Realtor in Ann Arbor and as the buyer, you pay no fees.  Using a Realtor ensures that you're protected.  Your Realtor will do all the paperwork and secure the deal for you, so you aren't left exposed.

Seriously, get a realtor. They can get interest happening around your house better than you can. Don't get a lazy realtor. Buyers look at FSBO's like candy, and think they can get them cheaply because you're not represented and don't have nearly the reach that a realtor has, from a marketing standpoint. Open houses do not generate a buyer, trust me. It's just a way to get quick feedback and for a realtor to find buyers.... for other houses. Most people who come to an open house are not really buying or anywhere near buying.

Get a realtor, the market is NOT dead.  People are buying left and right around here.

Hi Chad,

I'm a Realtor from Ann Arbor, Michigan and would love to collaborate on ideas.  Are you starting a group I can join?

Keller Williams Realty

Ann Arbor Michigan will do nothing but appreciate.  You have to pick and chose your markets wherever you are.  Flint Michigan, I wouldn't take a free property there.  Do your research.

Ann Arbor has a lot of investors who buy condos to rent to students.  I can think of a few buildings that are condos but no self respecting adult would live there.  They were clearly meant for parents who wanted to buy a unit for the kid to live in for 4 years and sell.  These are also purchased by investors for about 125,000 and rented for about 1500-1800 a month.  How are those numbers?

Does this mean I'm not invited to the BBQ?  Im also an uber fun ex-tennis pro who has played in the Kzoo tennis stadium and have a few fun stories to tell.  I'm popular with the wives, children, men, and can cook a mean chicken piccata while juggling.

How's that for a party resume?

Kalamazoo is a great city to invest in.  There's a constant flow of students at one of the most expensive small colleges around!  Very good choice.  If you're interested in looking for something in Ann Arbor (the most expensive college town around with rents starting at 1500 and heading upwards to 3200) then contact me.  I'm a Realtor in the know at Keller Williams.

Hello all.  I'm a Realtor with KW from Ann Arbor, Michigan.  I have a lot of know how and energy to help you find what you're looking for.  We have real estate here to buy and as you know... it's no cost to the buyer.  Sell it?  Yes, I can handle that also, with a marketing degree and a professional photography background, I'm set to sell it for more.  Proven methods to sell high and fast.

Above and beyond that, I'm excited to be part of a community that loves real estate as much as I do.  Need to know what's around here?  I'm eyes deep in this community and happy to share all that I know.  Ask me anything and I will do my best to answer or find out.

Change the zoning?  Yes, but hard to do.  Where's the money here?  I know that too...
