Hi Kase!  I'm a Realtor in Ann Arbor, with relatives in Grand Rapids.  Maybe a little referral business could happen.  How's business?

I'm a realtor, about to sell this.  My client would take less for a cash sale.  It's huge and a cool house. put a little in, get a lot back.  Houses in this city range from $50-$150 with about $110,000 being the median.  This goes on the market Monday.  If there's anyone interested in this here, we could open a discussion.

Welcome Corey,

I'm a full time realtor in Ann Arbor and there are some good opportunities here, but not for the weak. These investment properties will cost a pretty penny but with a little work, you could be banking $2000 a month per unit.  I just saw a 2 unit place come up for around 250.  I also have a guy here with property to sell, but in conversing with him, I think his view of it's worth and reality still have to meet.  Contact me anytime.

What's in your name matters, like name of area, condo, home and things like that.  Shorter is better but not necessary to pay a lot unless you're going to make a money making site, which this is not, it's informational.

Hello all,  I'm a realtor in Ann Arbor so I talk to a lot of people every week about property.  This week I have a bunch of properties that these people won't let me list, but are income properties where I could bring a buyer and they would agree to a commission.  Typically I throw that in the garbage, but this week I have a ton of potential income properties that people are selling and that match what you all are looking for so I thought I would bring to the table what I know.

1st I ask that you please use me and don't go around me, it won't get you anywhere as far as sale price goes.  Using me will protect you in this transaction and cost you nothing.

2nd I have a property that's single family and it's on Windsor Drive in Ann Arbor. She's asking 250K but with a little elbow grease my CMA program tells me it's worth 310K. This might be a flip. Ann Arbor schools, great neighborhood. Big potential.

3rd. I have a guy with a LOT of income property he's looking to offload all in Ann Arbor.  His properties are 2-4 unit in the ranges of 245K - 600K   He has 5 properties in great locations, all rented.  Streets include Ravina, Windsted, Main, Michigan and 7th.

It's hard to find rental units in Ann Arbor, I know, I had a client looking.  Contact me if interested in any of this.

I'm an agent in Ann Arbor and am forced to use Mildred Matthews, which I am never called.  It comes up on some documentation, but I was able to change it to Middy for most things.  Legally, I think you're stuck.  Call the board.  That's who holds the keys.

I have a great Mortgage broker.  The poor guy was on the phone with me 6 times today and answered all my questions like a saint.

His name is Dennis Flamme and he's with Flagstar Bank in Ann Arbor

You are correct Janeen.  I'm not sure you could purchase much here without spending a lot and taking some risks.  Check out 1014 Main Street for example.  This place is right across from the stadium and should be gold, but it's at 555,000 and would house 8 but not separate bathrooms, etc.  Great fraternity house!  Also, it was a NonProfit so there are no tax records.  How do you feel about buying something not knowing the taxes?

If you're actually looking in Ann Arbor, I can help you. I'm a realtor and can, at very least, set you up with an alert for properties within your price range that you can then research. I can also help you put in your offer and deal with the other realtor. Always remember, hiring a realtor won't come out of your pocket if you're buying property. The seller, under most circumstances, pays the realtor fees. FSBO often play by different rules, but even some of those will pay the fees to get it sold. This protects you, as the buyer, and gives you an assistant that will make sure all the paperwork and documentation is presented correctly for a smooth transaction. Did you say, "What about the title work?" Well, yes, we handle that too.
