@Alex Fisher I am also new to real estate investing and am trying to start with wholesaling. I just finished reading @Brandon Turner 's, "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down", and I definitely recommend it. He has a chapter dedicated to Wholesaling, as well as many other ways to invest using OPM (other people's money). I learned a lot from it. I'm now going to read the articles @Paul Timmins recommended in this post. So thanks for posting about this and good luck to you!
