Real Estate Newbie: Best opportunities for a beginner
What would be the best moves I can make as a beginner looking to invest in real estate? Should I look into buying and selling, flipping, rentals or anything else? I feel that some opportunities would be easiest for any beginner and others would be best to pursue with more experience. Any advice from some one whom, if they had to do it all over again, would do it differently.
* I am almost finished with my real estate courses and I plan to invest in real state on the side and build a nice foundation before I jump in the deep end.
