Hello,

I'm so excited to be here! My name is Michelle. I am married & we have 2 beautiful kids, and I am fairly new to real estate investing. I've attended a couple seminars, joined my local REIA and researched a lot online. But I haven't made my first deal yet. Fear is the biggest thing holding me back. I've decided not to let it stand in my way anymore and get moving!

I'd like to focus on Wholesaling first, due to lack of finances (the other thing holding me back). My ultimate goal is to own enough properties to become financially secure and be able to do fix & flips, which is what I'm most interested in doing. I appreciate any advice, tips and/or assistance I can get, and look forward to interacting with this wonderful community :)
