I prefer referrals, but I do not mind Google searching them on Google and giving them all a call.  

@Josh Edwards wow thank you so much for the detail breakdown.   I have started to reach out and join FB investing groups to start my networking process.  I also have reached out to a few people I have met that helped me closed my first SF residential deal.   

This might be a silly question.  When you say syndicator, what do you mean by that?

Hi @Kim Meredith Hampton,  I was looking to partner up with someone for this deal. I was also looking for a mentor as well who has knowledge and guide me through the process.

I have been looking at LoopNet.com and it is a fabulous resource. 

Yes, I am very ambitious and driven.   If 90+ Doors is too much what do you think is a better goal?   12-20 doors?
