The future is now! Asteroid Insurance, solar flare insulation, orbit rights, and to infinity and beyond! What are some of the issues that will be presented with the advent of space real estate? What are the timelines we can reasonably expect to see the first private real estate ventures in space?

How do I use the purchased home as equity for the loan? Is it wise to do this, or is it better to use a separate asset as bank equity for the mortgage?

How has hurricane Irma affected you investments? Has insurance covered the damages without the need for a public adjuster to get involved? or has it been tooth and nail trying to pull damages from the insurance companies?

@Barbra Thebenyane I have just come across Seed Capital, seedcapital.com, and am in the initial calling process. They offer a seemingly unique credit card connection service for those who may have trouble attracting traditional forms of investment. Seems like a pretty great offering if you are in a bind. Maybe check them out? I will keep posting up about my results with them if you're interested. 

@Dana Walker, I have had good luck with Angel Investment in the past, perhaps you should check out some local entrepreneur/investment meetups in your local area?
