Hi,

I came to know about few categories of trophies and awards when I searched for it. But, which do you think is better and less expensive?

      Few are listed below:

      1.Art glass awards

      2.Crystal awards

      3.Engraved awards

Which do you think would be trending now?

Also, regarding the engraved awards, I have one doubt. Can logos be printed in the awards?

I  came across few trophies and plaques in Toronto and its prices. But, before I contact them, I would like to get your opinion and suggestions.

Each reply and feedback will be appreciated to the most.

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

Planning to take a commercial mortgage. But, before that, I would like to know the pros and cons of using it. If anyone of you has used it, kindly share the details.

Would like to ask few questions:

1.What are the criterions for qualifying for this mortgage?

2.How long will it take to complete the procedures for the loan?

One of my friends suggested an Ontario commercial mortgage and wish to contact them. But, before that, I would like to know your suggestions.

Your replies will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I would like to ask two queries:

     I. Any new strategies to establish real estate business?

Need to get some new strategies to widen my business. If you have used any methods and succeeded, kindly share.

     2.Real estate name ideas

Would like to get real estate name ideas. Should the name be based on the location name and realtor term? We have few names in hand and thought to  check those with the Nuans name search Ontario to find whether it exists . If it is used by any other business entities, need to find a new one.

Your replies will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

We are in search for an audio visual equipment. I searched for it. Last day, I saw one here: http://freemanav-ca.com/solutions/audio-visual-services/. I would like to know your opinion on this. Has anyone used their services? If so, share your experience.

We are also thinking about the ways by which we can get more involvement from the people. Planning to get the involvement of the audience by the polling system. Need to find the system. Any comments on this?

Replies are highly appreciated.

Post: Drinking in public - a serious offence?

Hi,

I  would like to know about the legal rules in Canada. Is drinking in public a serious offence in Canada? Does anyone know about it? I came to know that, in Ontario, it is considered a serious offence. Is it so? I got this information from a blog  http://www.torontodefencelawyers.com/blog/drink-in-public/crime-drink-public/ and I would like to get a clear idea about this. If caught, what will be the consequences of the case?

Can any experts help me out in this? Your replies will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I’m planning for my mortgage renewal. But, I have a doubt. Can I change the lender at this moment? I am using Canada mortgage direct( http://www.canadamortgagedirect.com/) and renewal is a necessity for me. My credit score is 637. Is there any issue if the credit score is less? Are there any lenders providing FHA-insured mortgages? Has anyone changed the lender at the time of renewal? Need your suggestions. I would like to hear from the experts as well about the pros and cons of doing so.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

My friend suggested me to use a quality management software for my company. But, right now we are going through some financial crisis. So, I would like to know whether using a quality management software would be a good idea. Has anyone used it? If quality management software would be beneficial, we would try using it. Can you share the pros and cons of using it?

Thanks in advance
