Drinking in public - a serious offence?
Hi,
I would like to know about the legal rules in Canada. Is drinking in public a serious offence in Canada? Does anyone know about it? I came to know that, in Ontario, it is considered a serious offence. Is it so? I got this information from a blog http://www.torontodefencelawyers.com/blog/drink-in-public/crime-drink-public/ and I would like to get a clear idea about this. If caught, what will be the consequences of the case?
Can any experts help me out in this? Your replies will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
