Hi all,

Searching for a couple of good places to visit this year. I was searching online and saw one places named Barbados. The pictures I saw was really awesome and I it made me plan a trip to Barbados. But, as I have not visited this place before, I’m not sure about the climatic conditions and other circumstances of that place. Hence, I thought of asking this here. If you have visited this place, can you give the details for my following questions?

1.Which time of the year would be better to visit Barbados?

2.What all things should we be careful of while visiting this place?

3.What about the cost of the main items(average daily cost of living)?

4.How about the main food items of Barbados?

It would be highly appreciated if you can provide the sufficient details. I saw the details of a beach resort in Barbados . So, planning to contact them for the stay for one week.

Waiting for your replies.

Thanks much.

Hey all,

What is NUANS report? Can I get some details about this? This was a new information for me and I’m so excited to know about this. I got that when I checked for business name search in Ontario . Has anyone noticed this? Need your comments.

Along with this, I would also like to know the advantages of incorporating in Canada incorporation over the provincial incorporation.

I hope the business experts here can definitely help me in this.

Waiting for the answers to these two questions.

Your replies will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I have a question. Is it possible to negotiate a mortgage rate? What is your comment on this? I was searching for this for a long while. I think the experts here can give an exact answer to this query. Also, I  came across the Ontario mortgage rates and planning to research it. I would like to know more about them. Is it good that I approach a mortgage consultant? What is your suggestion?

I’m planning to take a mortgage this year. As I’m unaware of the different procedures for that, I would like to get the guidance from you.

Would like to know about the documents that are required to be submitted for this.

Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Post: How to get the refugee claims?

Hi,

A couple of days ago, I read about the refugee claims in Toronto . It says that you are not eligible for a referral if:

1.You have been recognized as a refugee in another country to which you can return.

2.You have already been granted protected person status in Canada

3.You arrived via the Canada-US border

4.You made a previous refugee claim that was deemed ineligible for the referral to the IRB

5.You are the subject of a removal order.

Also, it says that the refugee hearing will be held anywhere between 30-60 days after you submit all the documents relevant to your claim. Anything more to add to this? Any new rules have been adopted by them? I would like to get the opinions from the experts here. It will be highly appreciated as always.

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

We are in search of scissor lift for our company. Does anyone have any idea about it? Can I get your suggestions on this? How about its cost? From where can I get it? Can I get some details?

Last day, one of my friends suggested me to buy some scissor lifts from Toronto. Does anyone know about them? Can  I get your suggestions?

Waiting for your reply. It will b e highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi,

I would like to get some advice regarding buying a home with the help of a mortgage. I have been living in a rented home. Now, my wife and I wish to buy our own condo.

I recently changed my job and I have a higher income now. So we can afford a mortgage at this moment.

I was just looking at the current mortgage rates to get an idea about the present market situations.

I have a query regarding this.

I had a car loan and I had failed to make a monthly payment. Because of that, my credit score had come down. But later I paid off everything and I am debt free now. I am worried if this will cause a hindrance for this home loan that I am planning to take.

Since I had failed to make a payment, will the lenders decline to give me a mortgage? And is it better to approach a bank or a mortgage broker? Which would be a better option?

Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hi,

I'm planning to start a business in August. The registration procedures are on the move. We are confused with two things.

I hope the business experts here can help me out. We(my partner and me) have discussed on the strategies which we need to adopt.

1.Which strategy to a adopt as a beginner to attract customers?

As I'm new to the business, I would like to know your suggestions on the methods/strategies to start my business.

2.New advertising methods?

Which do you think is a good option, online or offline? Planning to place a LED board and have contacted the banner print in Toronto for the banners. Anything more to add?

Each suggestion and replies will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

I would like to know about some well-furnished residences in Canada. I was searching for it but I could not find a better one. So I thought of asking it here. It would have been better if I could find a good one in Toronto. Need your suggestions.

Recently I read about a furnished residence rental in Canada, in which we can get a 360- degree view of Toronto. But I’m not sure about its rates. I saw some pics of the apartment rental in Toronto. But before contacting them I would like to know your suggestions.

Waiting for your reply. It will always be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

Planning a trip with my wife in the month of July. I have heard many interesting facts about Barbados and hence have decided to visit that place. But as I’m traveling to Barbados for the first time, I would like to get the guidance of the people who has already visited the place. How is the climate in Barbados? Is it favorable?

I would also like to know about few the attractions of Barbados. We need to arrange the stay as well. One of my friends told me about an accommodation in Barbados. But, I have no idea about the facilities and services they provide. Has anyone been there? If so, share your experience. Need your suggestions.

Waiting for your reply. It will always be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
