@Michael Monello  sent you a private DM!

Pineridge community is a C class neighborhood and has been a higher crime area in Gainesville. It is common area for Section 8 housing.
Depending on the condition, $2400/mo is what a quad could get.

My friend owned a number of quads in that community. DM me for us to connect and I can share some more details.

Hello all, I'm purchasing my first quad in pine ridge county Gainesville Florida.

I've done research on the area and it's mid crime area. But wanted to see if there's any more in depth investors in Gainesville that can give me better insight than just the internet and a days worth of being in the area.

Also what i should expect renting here.

Please comment if you can connect and provide insights on this location!

I love the Lakeland market.  It's become popular so it's not as easy to find great deals as it once was but we are still buying.  What will your niche be?
Why are you looking at Lakeland?

Hi Adrian, I'd love to connect. I'm looking in Lakeland because it's more affordable than the Orlando market. Its still close enough for me to manage in my own.

im looking at new construction with incentives to close. One big incentive for me is fixed lowered interest rates that manau builders are offering now.

Hi all, I'm looking to invest in Lakeland florida and wanted to see if there were any locals that'd be able to discuss the rental market with me?

Please let me know!

Hello all, just starting out and think I'm ready to make my first SFH investment property.

minneola homes are about $100,000 more expensive than Ocala and wasn't sure the market difference between renting from the two.

can anyone give me insight on investments between minneola vs Ocala with insight on ease to rent, price points, rental avg etc.? Minneola is $400,000 Ocala is $315,000 price points.

Hello all,

I'm looking to start investing in SFH in 55+ communities in the villages up to clermont area. Looking to connect with individuals that have experience in this area.

@Chris Seveney funny guy huh 😂🫡

To correct you, that was 3 years ago as I have just checked. Thanks

The last post was over a year ago. Times change quick. I came to Florida with no money and now have a life changing career in sales.

Hello,

i am new to bigger pockets and in hopes to find someone that can find me off market deals that will generate cash flow. I have not been able to find any deals that cashflow in Orlando area or my other choice is Jacksonville.

I have the money to get started but my first investment property needs to be nailed down to a T with ensuring it will cash flow.

Any support would be helpful with getting this new journey started!
