Hello everyone,

I have been keeping close tabs on the realestate market and with interest rates rising I have seen a large decline in property costs.

I'm assuming 6-12 months out, realestate will see its highest crash in centuries.

What do you guys think?

Hello, I am new to investing in rental properties with little to no money currently, as I am coming out of college. I would like to move to Florida with a full time job and build 3.5% of a rental property using my fha loan. Is this a good choice? Which areas are the best to invest in and how do I make the numbers work. Should I do single family, duplex or

Triplex? And lastly, Is it a good idea to do this near a university? If so which location is best in Florida where houses aren’t outrageously expensive and I can have a positive cash flow? Thanks guys!
