Price to buy VS Rent VS Ease To Rent

Michael Monello
Posted

Hello all, just starting out and think I'm ready to make my first SFH investment property.

i am wanting to buy new construction and in between minneola or Ocala florida

minneola homes are about $100,000 more expensive than Ocala and wasn't sure the market difference between renting from the two.

can anyone give me insight on investments between minneola vs Ocala with insight on ease to rent, price points, rental avg etc.? Minneola is $400,000 Ocala is $315,000 price points.
