I'll post my listing on Craiglist, zillow and zumper and I got a lot of tenant leads from the. For screening, I would focus more on Credit score, rental history and criminal history.

I don’t think it would be easy to repair. You need to replace it with a new sink, which is not that expensive.

Yes , I suggest you rent the house to them. If you care about the pets, it is not a big issue. You will receive a deposit for pets from ALE.

Start the eviction process immediately. You can hire a lawyer and give her enough time to move out.
