On one of many Brandon Turner's podcast he talked about  the real estate investment  foundation triangle. He says all a  person needs is 2 out of the 3. Money, hustle,or knowledge. Pick two of the 3 and either work on the third or find a partner who has the 3rd.

Ex. You have 100k but you don't know what to do with it. What a great problem to have. You have money, but no hustle or knowledge. In that event you need to invest some of that in a few books in the field your interested in.

Money, knowledge,or hustle which of the 3 do you have?

@Dante Foreman So you're saying if you're broke, ignorant, and lazy there's no hope for you. Wow, thems be real pearls of wisdom.

In my experience, anyone who pounds his chest and proudly insists he has the drive to succeed in this field has no real drive at all. It's the men (and often women) who keep going past pride, past dignity, past reason who make it, not the ones who tell themselves and others over and over again that they live for the hustle.
