Checking in also from Myrtle Beach. I'm an investor, self-manager, and real estate agent here in the Grand Strand. This is an awesome time to invest in this area, especially for the long-term. Check out this article:

My vote goes to Myrtle Beach. Partly because I live here...so I guess I'm biased. But then if it wasn't a great place to live in the winter I wouldn't be living here! But the area is growing quickly as well:

Add to that an international airport, mild winter temperatures (Mid 50s average), and all the golf, dining and entertainment you could want...what else is there? Oh, did I mention the 60 miles of beachfront?

Hi Preston,

I have often used Moore, Johnson and Saraniti. Also McCutchen, Mumford, Vaught, O'Dey, and Geddie (Not sure if I got the spelling right on all those names...we call them M&M for short!)

Skip gives good advice. Myrtle Beach is a great area for many reasons.

I agree with "Account Closed". Myrtle Beach has a very conveniently located international airport and plenty of dining and entertainment. Little River, Murrells Inlet, and Georgetown offer plenty of opportunities for boating. Plus there are many properties located along the Intracoastal Waterway!
