My investment objective is to buy and hold in order to collect monthly cash flow. I am primarily looking for a property in which appreciation will play a factor in order to refinance in the next 5 years. As far as risk tolerance, I do not want to be involved in a war zone area where tenants will be destroying the place, prefer C+/B+ neighborhoods.

Looking to invest in my first rental property. As I research Florida there seems to be a plethora of possibilities. Is there a particular city/neighborhood anyone can suggest?

Thanks in advance!

As a Long Island contractor fixing and selling distressed homes can be a great business to be involved in... IF you know what your doing! It takes hard work and dedication. My company is seeking private investors to assist in funding future projects, while paying out 8-12% annual interest, we will secure your investment with the property you are investing in. Every project will be presented to each investor in a well detailed business plan, and will be updated on a regular basis as the project progresses. If you are interested in finding out more please visit www.MJFHomeUpgrades.com. Thank you!

I am currently searching the Long Island market for properties to flip. To be more specific, nassau county, Massapequa, Massapequa Park, Wantagh, Bellmore, Merrick, etc. Can anyone suggest a good realtor who is familiar with investors? Any referrals are greatly appreciated, thanks!

Looking for some advice/feedback. Is anyone currently invested in North Carolina as far as rentals? If so, what areas are optimal for a good cash flowing rental (minumum vacancy rates)? I am currently looking into the Triad areas (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Dobson). Thank you for any advice!
