Florida rental market
Looking to invest in my first rental property. As I research Florida there seems to be a plethora of possibilities. Is there a particular city/neighborhood anyone can suggest?
Thanks in advance!

@Michael Farrugia - can you be more specific? Imagine if I reposted your exact post and substituted New York for Florida. I'm guessing Massapequa varies from Far Rockaway as well as Manhattan, Buffalo or Syracuse. Florida covers even more space than New York. You haven't shared your investment objective, tolerance of risk, etc.
