Great information on the local websites

Good luck here i Rochester.  Everyone has their favorite areas, so your research and due dilgence is great...

For us, we watched many webinars to start.  There is so much information available.  A great piece of advice would be make sure you have a good attorney relationship.  We have listened to many investors on webinars, which has been very helpful to us.

My husband and I are investors from Rochester NY.  We were wondering where there are any meet up groups for investors in our area.  We have been in real Estate for years nut now working the investment aspect of it.  I love reading and learning  everything on BP.  We think it is an awesome site.  Look forward to hearing from people In Rochester

It is great you are getting calls on your mailings.  I feel if the numbers work in your favor, then it is a good deal, dont pass it up. Numbers are a great indicator for me, depending on your market.

Hello Biggerpockets community, my name is Mike and my wife Roxanne from Rochester NY and we would like to introduce ourselves.  Just would like to say this networking website looks like its a great place for us to be a part of.  We are previous broker and sales agent in real estate sales. Part of our experience was dealing with creatve fnancing.   After going through the bumps in the road after the real estate crash, which many of you my have, we are now looking forward to get back into real estate investing full time.
