Looking for a local agent and team in Rochester

Hello,

I am looking to start investing in Rochester, NY and would love some advice!  I've heard many good things and am doing some due diligence about the area.  I am planning on heading up there in the next couple of weeks to check out different neighborhoods and properties.  I am looking for an agent that is local to the area and knows Rochester well.  If you know someone or are an agent, I'd love to hear from you!  I'd love to hear other people's experiences with the area as well!
