I went to a 3 day seminar in Chicago last weekend on Real Estate Investing, and I'm totally geeked up! I especially liked the wholesale, assisted living, lease options and mobile homes, and of course flipping. 

I want to retire my husband who works so hard fixing up houses, he's breaking his already broke back trying to keep up with the bills. We know investors and people in real estate, so we will have a decent place to start in this game.
