@Jorge Zea

Thank you for the information! I think this is the way to go and I'm glad to find someone who recommends this method. Due to the limited knowledge (my first flip) I'll be utilizing the higher flat fee package (1K). The broker will be more involved and includes such things as professional pictures. Even this fee is far less than the traditional 3%.

I like your company logo, the layout is nice!

This was most recent completed task on my first flip. Everything is done in house/ two helpers and myself!

I have almost completed my first flip. Found information on flat fee MLS listing services. Appears to be a service that is commonly used however I have never heard of it until recently.

Does anyone have personal experience with this type of service VS using traditional methods? If so please tell me your story!

@Tony Castronovo

Thanks Tony! This will be difficult for me to do. I understand your meaning but I do not want to take less than what I initially equated when I purchased the property. I've learned so much during this time and that number is now a hard reach. Still I'll be ok in the clear either way.

Once this first flip of mine is finished and sold I'll provide all the facts and numbers. Both good and bad. I've definitely made mistakes that ill be happy to share.

Yes,  Jason it's a lot of driving! I'm making good use of my time.  Listening to the BP podcasts has been so much fun! I look forward to the drive from Fort Hood to Arlington because of BP. #whatCanILearnToday@3:30am

The job is near completion. Just wrapping some things up. It was a complete remodel and now I'm about to face the scary part of trying to sell for the amount I believe. I'm still learning this site but I'll see if I can post pictures. It's been a blast & I've learned a lot. It's good to hear from others in Texas!

Hello to all!

I'm new to BP however I feel like you guys are family. I listen to your podcasts twice a day on my commute to work. The drive is 2.5 hours one way! I'll listen to one in the morning and another in the afternoon. It's taken four weeks of podcasts me to finally join but here I am!!!!!

I'm 6 months old.... in realestate. Quit my job prior to investing and I've made every mistake possible.

Working on my first flip. I'll be speaking with ??? (perhaps a realtor.  Lol, that'll probably be my first question that I'll post in a few.) to list for sell.

Check out my profile more of my story. I hope to expand my knowledge being a part of BP!
