I use spearhead insurance,theyll do LLC's and stuff in your name. good prices on umbrella policies as well

well if you want to represent people, you should consider a kelly williams or similar large brokerage. typically the more they take from your commision the more guidance and mentoring youll receive. I think everyone should start there.

if you are an investor, with a good portfolio & no interest in representing others a investor friendly broker is a good idea. probem is most of those brokers dont want to carry you unless they know you, because of the liability, and also they are providing you little to no support

dude, keep every property you can, unless its a dog or your Debt to income ratio is jacked up. time is very forgiving for single family houses, as long as the property isnt draggiing you down

houston has several "Submarkets". practically a ring of suburbs around the city as well. it'd be good to include your budget and what class properties youre looking for (A,B,C,D)

your budget would be something good to include.

House Hacking is great! wife and I did it for 3 years in Houston. it helped us get to where we needed to be. living almost for free we saved tons of money and started buying off market deals in cash. you can build wealth quickly and lay a strong foundation for the future by house hacking.
