If you are an active wholesaler, who is currently turning deals in Houston, What do you wish you had more of today? (dont say deals! ha ha.)

also, what did you wish you did differently up to this moment?

Hey BP Family,

I have a full time job in the corporate world, Its not what I am passionate about. I'd like to transition into real estate full time. I have rental properties but Id like a plan B if I need a different full time job.

I landed on appraising, because Its not far from my current core skill set.

Where did everyone go to get started? online preferred.

after you took your classes where did you get your start?

any other thoughts that come to mind?

Thanks,

are any Houston members Currently getting all their money our of a deal, or just some?

some Big wholesalers are trying to tell Reia members that 8% or 9% ROI is good for Houston these days and BRRRR's are hard to come by.

any thoughts?
