My team and I would love to assist you with acquiring a few cash flow properties. We sold over 55 million and 400+ units in real estate last year alone to investors, manage 250+ rental properties, and cover a 100 miles radius of the Charlotte, NC MSA. I also personally own 17 rental properties and flip 25 homes a year. There is a lot of talk on here about being an "investor friendly agent," but I think most of it is smoke and mirrors if you dont have the experience to back it up.
