HVAC, Roofing and Cabinet refacing recomendations

Any recommendations on affordable and quality (I know.. it's hard to find them) HVAC, Roofing and Cabinet refacing contractors in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Charlotte area? Just got a new flip, and need some estimates. I have a couple of Paint, Handyman, Framing and Sheetrock, and Siding contacts that I've used before. But it's my first time needing the services above.
