I'm looking for a bank that does commercial loans that doesn't have a penalty for early payoff in the Cincinnati or Dayton area. Wishful thinking on my part???lol

We invest in Warren County mainly. I'd love to invest in Cincinnati because of the prices, but I just don't know those areas and markets as well.
