Hello BP!  My name is Mark Hutton and I'm a newbie in RE investing.  My girlfriend and I are in our 50's and have goals to retire early - within the next 6 years.  We're in the process of jumping in with 2 properties close to closing, and know we need to learn LOTS more to reduce risk, increase returns, and meet our goals.
