Foreclosures daily is legit. I use them, my bird dogs use them. I have 51 shortsales in my pipeline thanks to this site. The information is very accurate and up to date, within one day. Just give them a try for a month, you will see what I mean. If someone is just getting started and they use the info provided, they will need to worry more about finding buyers than where they are finding their deals. I also advise using the service or model the Yellow Letters Complete provides. It's straight to the point and it really works. Good Luck!

I agree with Jim. Make sure that phone is answered. Even if you have to use an answering service. As far as a phone number goes, a local would probably be better. Though, if you use the service or model offered by Yellow Letters Complete, you get results.

Go to foreclosuresdaily.com. This site charges, but the information is very up to date and will streamline your business. They don't let you know about discounts, just ask!

I have seen some posts relating to the issue of using an option. Some say it is illegal to use an option if you don't own an interest in the property. Is this true? I have been using them for years with no issues. The post refered to a letter of intent instead.

I am looking to raise capital for shortsales I am negotiating. I live in Orlando. Is it legal for someone to use their 1031 exchange to partner with me on some of the properties I have under contract? If so, does anyone have an idea where I may find sources? I have considered contacting the local exchange companies, but there has got to be a better way.
