@Connor Castillo I would reach out to a broker that is willing to charge you a flat fee and find you the best rate on the rate sheet. Depending on serveral factors you could be in the high 5's.

@Leonard Roberts Can you share more information about the deal? Type of properties? How much of a LOC are you looking for and what is the estimated Value?

@Michael Simmonds Is this a cash deal or do you need financing. If you need financing it is basically considered a construction bail out but it doable.

@DeAndre Mason If the lender is telling you that you need a 660 to cash out then that would be a lender overlay and not part of VA Guidelines.
