Local bank for cash out refi
Hello BP, I am looking to see which local banks in Tampa you may have had success/great experience with for a 75%-80% LTV cash out refi for a SFH investment property? Thanks in advance.

@David Garcia Hey David, as an investor & mortgage broker, I'd be happy to help. If you're set on using a local bank, try BayFirst - I've done deals with them in the past and they've been great.
