@Beruk Lessanework I would also have someone take a look at the Freddie Mac BorrowSmart Program. This program has less down and depending on credit score the mortgage insurance could be cheaper with no upfront MIP. A lot of companies will push you into an FHA loan because that is the most profitable depending on if you deal with a Broker or a Retail loan company.

@Ryan Dori lots of options besides DSCR. 1 Year income, Asset Depletion, Bank Statements, and P & L only loans.

Agreed. You should be fine as long as your not renting out your primary residence.

@Jonathan Beaty at the time of the post the rates were about .75% better. You should still be able to get in the mid 5's.

I would maybe try and broker in your area. They should have access to a 10% down mortgage loan for a second home.
